How private dining works
When private dining is available, you tell us the number of guests, any diets, and the kind of evening you want. Nyonya Su Pei proposes a menu and a time. You sit down. She cooks. Right now the dining space is paused — cooking classes continue as usual.

Built around the market that morning
The menu is curated from what is fresh at the market that morning. Expect the four notes of Nyonya cooking — spicy, sour, sweet, and the deep savour of belacan. Vegetarian plates are cooked with the same care.
When available, dining is at 53 Jalan Padang Victoria, George Town, Penang 10400, with Heritage Artisans — or at a table we arrange with you.
